So last night, after the latest insurance drama, in which MJ has been screaming at someone for a week to produce a piece of paperwork to no avail, and I make one call yesterday... We were discussing our approaches to the situation and MJ says: "I just came to that realization (that getting mad is useless) last week."
I ask, "What, that when you yell at someone on the phone, you are the only one getting upset."
"Yeah."
"And when you hang up, you are fuming and they go on with their life..."
"Yeah, I didn't realize that before."
Thud! (That would be my forehead hitting the coffee table.)
